What is accountability?

One of the best strategies for remaining dedicated to your fitness goals is being held accountable for your actions. Accountability means taking responsibility for the foods that you eat, how much you exercise, and how far you have progressed towards your fitness goals

How to get it

Below are some tips to increase your accountability:

. Set goals

. Write goals down

. Make goals personal to you

. Make goals achievable

. Relate goals to your aims

. Evaluate and measure goals regularly

. Share goals with others

. Join communities for support

. Set up forfeits and incentives

. Set goals and train with others

. Hire a personal trainer

What happens if you don't have it?

If you aren't accountable for your goals you simply are destined to find them harder or even unachievable.

Most goals require vast amounts of commitment and dedication to achieve - goals aren't always short term so you will have to continue new habits for a long period of time.

Be your best!
