Book - Which Comes First, Cardio or Weights? by Alex Hutchinson
One of my favourite books relating to fitness, it is a simpler version of other books out there and is an easier read for fitness enthusiasts.
Book - Men's Health Big Book of Food & Nutrition by Men's health
Still my go to when I look into clients diets, this book lists most of the common foods and highlights the nutrients - this is fantastic reference tool when analysing your own diet.
