Week 1.7 - Recommended YouTube and Fitness professionals

Today we will be covering some professionals out there that are fantastic to learn more information from, these are people that I regularly listen/watch/read from. This will include names, books and channels you can subscribe/buy from that will help you in the future.

Note - these are my recommendations, these are people and channels I follow and trust. I could google a list and share that but I can't trust what those I've googled might promote.

Personal trainer - Phil Learney

Phil Learney is a long running personal trainer and founder of the Advanced Coaching Academy (ACA).

Personal trainer - Mark Coles

Mark Coles is similar to Phil in which he has been in the industry for a long time, he is currently the founder of m10 fitness

Personal trainer - James Smith

A no nonsense personal trainer with an strong social media presence, he is the founder of James Smith Academy

YouTube Channel - ATHLEAN-X

A successful YouTube channel with a focus on the science of training to help distinguish between what it true and what you may have been told

YouTube Channel - Jeff Nippard

More weightlifting focused but provides research and science into training.

Book - Which Comes First, Cardio or Weights? by Alex Hutchinson

One of my favourite books relating to fitness, it is a simpler version of other books out there and is an easier read for fitness enthusiasts.

Book - Men's Health Big Book of Food & Nutrition by Men's health

Still my go to when I look into clients diets, this book lists most of the common foods and highlights the nutrients - this is fantastic reference tool when analysing your own diet.
