Top 5 - Vegetable Sources

It is worth noting that throughout the next 4 weeks, these are my preferences - not necessarily the generic fitness preferences.

Vegetable Sources:

#1 - Beet greens

A surprise winner here but its true - it has a nutritional factor of 70

#2 - Green peas

High in fiber and a true powerhouse.

#3 - Cabbage

Get all of the different colours/types in - it's a great vegetable.

#4 - Spinach

Easy to add to smoothies and salads - go green.

#5 - Broccoli

Easy to get hold of and tastes great - go broccoli!
