Top 5 - Fat Sources


It is worth noting that throughout the next 4 weeks, these are my preferences - not necessarily the generic fitness preferences.


Fat Sources:


#1 - Eggs



Eggcelent Eggs! Yes both on the protein and fat section, what can't eggs do?


#2 - Nuts

Great source of fat, easy to store and consume - lets go nuts.


#3 - Olive oil


Drizzle, cook and all. Olive oil is a great source of healthy fats. Remember this from primary school? "Olive juice" olive oil


#4 - Fatty fish

Doesn't just give your Labrador a shiny coat, it can do the same for you.


#5 - Seeds


Need for seed, high in healthy fats and easy to add to meals.
