Shoulder:
#1 - Barbell pass-through
This mobility drill is great at opening up the shoulder joint.
#2 - Arm swing
Another mobility drill, as the shoulder is a ball joint - mobility is key for its health.
#3 - Cross arm stretch
Stretch out the rear deltoids with this stretch
#4 - Doorway stretch
Stretch out the front deltoids with this stretch.
#5 - Child pose
A good stretch for the lateral deltoid and the spine.
