Top 5 - Quad Stretches


It is worth noting that throughout the next 4 weeks, these are my preferences - not necessarily the generic fitness preferences.


Quad:


#1 - Frog Pose



This stretch is great if you can reach, getting someone else to help you is probably a safer way to do this stretch.


#2 - Standing quad stretch

Easier to perform as you can hold onto something to balance.


#3 - Kneeling quad stretch


You can use a box or wall to put your foot on to help with this stretch.


#4 - Lying quad stretch


Slightly easier to perform compared to frog pose


#5 - Hero Pose


A yoga pose but great for opening up the ankle and quadriceps.
