Top 5 - Hamstring Stretches


It is worth noting that throughout the next 4 weeks, these are my preferences - not necessarily the generic fitness preferences.


Hamstring:


#1 - Supine hamstring stretch



This stretch is great if you can reach, using a band will help you progress this stretch.


#2 - Standing hamstring stretch

Easier to perform as you can hold onto something to balance.


#3 - PNF hamstring stretch


You can use a friend to do this stretch but they should do a little research on the stretch as it is a riskier stretch.


#4 - Toe touch


There are lots of variants to this stretch which target multiple muscle groups.


#5 - Leg Swings


A dynamic stretch so this is a fantastic stretch to perform at the start of your workout.
