Top 5 - Core Stretches


It is worth noting that throughout the next 4 weeks, these are my preferences - not necessarily the generic fitness preferences.


Core:


#1 - Snake stretch



Stretch out your abdominals but be careful if you have a bad back as you have to compress the spine.


#2 - Side ab stretch

A dedicated stretch for your obliques.


#3 - Supine stretch


An easy yet effective stretch, push your limbs as hard as you possibly can!


#4 - World's greatest stretch

Aptly named exercise, this really is a fantastic movement for the whole body.


#5 - Inchworm


Another great mobility drill that warms up the whole body and builds strength as performed.
