It is worth noting that throughout the next 4 weeks, these are my preferences - not necessarily the generic fitness preferences.


Condiments:


#1 - Herbs and spices



I know it isn't a condiment but seasoning food is the healthiest way of increasing flavour.


#2 - No calorie sauces

There are lots of different companies that now sell no calorie sauces, if you are conscious of calories - this is a must.


#3 - Mustard


Lower calorie than the rest.


#4 - Hot sauces

Easy to add and adds flavour.


#5 - Soy sauce


Be careful of the salt content but soy sauce is great for seasoning rice dishes.
