Top 5 - Chest Stretches


It is worth noting that throughout the next 4 weeks, these are my preferences - not necessarily the generic fitness preferences.


Chest:


#1 - Bent arm wall stretch



This stretch is great, you can use a doorway if you want.


#2 - Camel Pose

If you can get into that position, go for it. It's fantastic!


#3 - Pectoral Release


You can use a tennis ball or designated muscle roller for this movement.


#4 - Above the head stretch


You can perform this anywhere, probably the most accessible stretch of them all.


#5 - Floor angels


A dynamic stretch so this is a fantastic stretch to perform at the start of your workout.
