It is worth noting that throughout the next 4 weeks, these are my preferences - not necessarily the generic fitness preferences.
#1 - Piriformis stretch
This stretch is great, you will feel a stretch across the glutes too.
#2 - Child's Pose
A common yoga pose is great for stretching the lower back.
#3 - Back hang
Easy to perform and brilliant for stretching the lats.
#4 - Cat-cow stretch
Be careful with the compression on the lower back but this helps movement between discs.
#5 - Spinal twist
A different motion of the back by moving side to side, stretching multiple movements will help flexibility.
